As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, there isn't a widely recognized institution specifically named "Macau University." Macau, a Special Administrative Region (SAR) of China, has a few higher education institutions. One of the prominent ones is the University of Macau (UM).
The University of Macau is the only public comprehensive university in Macau. It was founded in 1981 and has developed into a globally competitive institution known for its academic research and diverse range of programs. The university offers undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in various fields, including business, social sciences, humanities, engineering, and natural sciences. The medium of instruction is primarily English.

Requirements

The Faculty of Education invites applications for an open-rank (Associate Professor/Assistant Professor/Senior Instructor) position in the field of Educational Administration and School Leadership. The ideal candidate should (1) hold a strong initial degree and a doctoral degree (or nearing completion) in Educational Administration or a related field from international renowned university, (2) have amassed substantial practical experience in school management, policy implementation, and community engagement, (3) demonstrate expertise in teaching, particularly effective student supervision and successful pedagogical outcomes.

A taxable annual remuneration starting from MOP1,019,200 (approximately USD125,830) for the position of Associate Professor, MOP828,100 (approximately USD102,230) for the position of Assistant Professor and MOP592,410 (approximately USD73,140) for the position of Senior Instructor will be commensurate with the successful applicants’ academic qualification and relevant professional experience. The current local maximum income tax rate is 12% but is effectively around 5% – 7% after various discretionary exemptions.
